The Shared Use Mobility Agency (SUMA) was developed as one of the Elba measures, acts as an “umbrella” platform/organization able to co-ordinate the different shared mobility services with the conventional public transport services in order to increase the sustainable and fully accessible mobility and to act as a backbone of a seamless MaaS initiative.
The Shared Use Mobility Agency offers integrated access to several “on demand and shared” individual and collective services, by co-ordinated management of the various actors and services through an ad-hoc organizational framework, technology platform and soft measures.
